5 things you didn’t know about me 😬 (I apologize in advance for #3 🤭) 1️⃣ I’m probably the worst person watching a movie together with because I want to pause EVERY TIME there’s a conversation I can relate to and reflect on the things said in the movie. Also, I won’t share my popcorn with you (because I just love popcorn too much) 🍿 2️⃣ I get hand sweat in the worst situations – not always – but like, A LOT of times. Not nice to shake a moist and slightly wet hand… Ew. 🥴 3️⃣ I’ve never seen the movie Top Gun (only half of it, then I got bored) Sorry #topgunfans here!! 🙈 4️⃣ I’m an introvert. That doesn’t mean I’m shy or socially awkward (well… sometimes 🤷🏼‍♀️ but hey, who isn’t?). I just enjoy spending time with myself and my close friends/family. But big social gatherings and parties just drain my energy🔋 5️⃣ I prefer to be behind the camera instead of in front of it (though you can’t really tell when looking at my Instagram feed lol 🤪). I have a huge passion for photography, videography, storytelling and all those combined. This 👈🏼 or that 👉🏼? As a pilot I’m used to getting up early in the morning 🥱 So here are my TOP 5 #tips on how you wake up early (and happy!) ⠀ 1. ☕️ If you’re a coffee-junkie like myself, trust me when I say this: enjoy your coffee in the morning but as soon as the clock hits noon – stop. Don’t take a sip more. Caffeine is great for so many reason – but sleeping is not one of them. ⠀ ⠀ 2. 💤 Make your mornings easy for yourself by NOT having to make decisions. Just prep the night before what you’re going to wear, eat, etc. This will also save you so much time!! Because you know, we’re not the smartest creatures at that time of the day. ⠀ ⠀ 3. ⏰ Leave your phone in the other side of the room, that forces you to get out of the bed to cancel the alarm. Don’t snooze. Just don’t. (I know it’s hard). ⠀ ⠀ 4. 🌞 Go to sleep with your blinds half way down and wake up with the natural light! That will slow down your melatonin (and bump up your adrenaline!) ⠀ ⠀ 5. 🐓The first thing you should do before even opening you eyes: stretch! Get that blood and oxygen flowing through your body. Your body will love you for it. ⠀ ⠀ (Bonus tip: if you have a timer on your coffee machine, there’s nothing better than waking up to the smell of freshly brewed coffee) 💛 ⠀ ⠀ These things have really helped me getting up (not feeling like a total wreck) & I hope they can help you too!
